Orders & payments
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on-site and at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, or an error in pricing or product information.
Product compatibility / fitment
Our products are intended to be used with the vehicles and models listed on the relevant product pages. Vehicle trims and seat shapes may vary. Unless required by law, we do not warrant that every customer will experience a “perfect” fit, and fitment preference alone is not a fault.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping timeframes are estimates. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details. Title and risk generally pass to you upon delivery, subject to your rights under the ACL.
Returns & consumer guarantees
Please refer to our Returns, Refunds & 30-Day Guarantee Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
